By downloading or using CliniCast, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ryan Stachowski d/b/a CliniCast. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your use of CliniCast is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence with respect to your use of CliniCast on Apple devices.
CliniCast offers auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium access:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
CliniCast is a tool for tracking supervised clinical hours and billing. You agree not to enter protected health information (PHI) — including patient names, dates of birth, or any other identifying information — into the app. CliniCast is not a HIPAA-compliant platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any hours, billing amounts, or other data you enter. CliniCast does not verify or validate information you submit for licensure purposes.
CliniCast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific licensing board requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliniCast and Ryan Stachowski d/b/a CliniCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
